Customer Reviews of Stevita Co., Inc. ~ Stevia Supreme ~ Box of 50 packetsCustomer Review: E. Greenwell Summary: 5 StarsStevia Supreme is an excellent product. I have been using this product for a couple of years. This product is safer to use than splenda or other sweeteners. If you are sugar sensitive like I am, splenda will spike your glucose level. It happen to me the day I went for my glucose test my doctor wanted me to have done. I was drinking fruit 2/O water which it had splenda in it and my doctor called & told me my glucose level was up. So, I stop using splenda and starting using stevia supreme--no more problems. It is sweet enough for me & does not have an after taste like sweet & low.
Customer Review: Stale bitter taste Summary: 1 StarsI was anxious to receive the Stevia, but when it arrived I tasted it and it was stale and bitter, the opposite of sugary. The quality was very poor, and I will be shopping locally for this product at a health food store, somewhere where I can taste the product before buying it.
Customer Review: The bitter taste of Stevita Summary: 1 StarsI haven't tried any other brands of Stevia but I'm greatly disappointed with the bitter taste of the brand Stevita. Not a good sweetener at all!
Customer Review: Spoonable tastes better, Supreme tastes bad; try both then decide. Summary: 2 StarsWe first got Stevita Spoonable, in tea, its taste was very closed to cane sugar; a bit "clinic" taste for coffee (it was really not bad, just a hint of), but we can tasted it. Stevita Supreme is another story - it was hard to explain, it tasted aftertaste while we were drinking it. We got a replacement for Stevita Supreme, still bad. We since use Stevita Spoonable, 99 percent of time we like it; once a while we got a "clinic" taste box, still not too bad tasting, still better than Stevita Supreme.
Customer Review: This is good, very similar to Equal Summary: 4 StarsI like this product. I'm used to using Sweet-N-Low and Equal to sweeten my iced tea, both of which I like. This tastes pretty much like Equal in tea, or sprinkled on fruit or cereal. It will however, 'clump up' inside the closed package from humidity (I've never had Equal do that.) I gave it only 4 stars because of that, and because it's more expensive than 'Equal'.
