Ordered this for my mom and she didn't receive all of the parts the first time around. She called the 800 # and the person on the other line was very apologetic and sent her a new one the next day with everything in tact. Be careful when you purchase these items because you need to check to make sure it isn't false advertisement or if there are extra parts needed for these heating pads.
All in all, a good experience, my mom is happy and the company gave me 20% for the hassle. Everything worked out in less than 2 days.

I am a repeat customer. I purchased two of these to replace one used regularly for 5+ years for low back and muscle aches, cold feet and general comfort (his and hers). It is the right size, thin and flexible and comfortable to lie on, has reasonable heat settings and turns off after two hours. I fall asleep on it at night on its lowest setting with no skin changes after years of use. My only criticism is that the controller is just a bit too close to the pad and the cord is somewhat stiff - otherwise, ideal and reasonably priced.Customer Review: Perfect for my needs, so I ordered this second one!

Sunbeam must have read my mind on this heating pad! It is large enough to soothe my aching back and warm my heart, which brings on comfy impromptu naps. The cord is plenty long enough to put the pad inside the cushion on the back of my favorite chair and the automatic shut-off avoids "cooking" myself! I'm delighted with my purchase. I bought this heating pad recently, and love the size and the plush side of the cover. I find that it gets really hot even on the Medium heat setting, so I mainly use Low. The only thing I find to be annoying with this pad is the plug - it should be smaller. I use the pad to go up and down my leg, and with the plug attached to one of the short sides, the cord is always bent awkwardly and the plug is in the way. At least the cord is really long, that is a big help. Overall, I'm glad I bought this product.Customer Review: Love them! I've bought three!

Love the 4 levels of heat! I live in San Diego and use this so I don't need to turn on the heat for the entire house (i.e. COST SAVER!). I turn it on low and put it on my back (while I'm sitting on the couch)...and it makes me cozy & warm. I probably have the heating pad on every night for 3-6 hours for at least 6 months out of the year...so it does not bother me ONE bit to buy 1 per year (because they eventually fizzle out). I also love that it has auto-shut off. That's a requirement, if you ask me!
