Can't say it does much more than a normal bottle without a wireball. I do notice, however, that when I add peanut butter (natural, smooth) to my protein shakes, it does a decent job of mixing it--far from perfect but better than nothing.
My one complaint is that the bottle is too big; most protein shakes will not exceed 8-12 ounces. It would be more convenient if smaller, and it's slightly more difficult to clean because you really have to reach in there to get all the muck stuck at the bottom.
I sound overly critical but I am happy with it. There are a few protein/MRP products out there that were difficult for me to mix without a blender, so this shaker bottle presents a good compromise between blender and spoon-mixing.

I bought 2 Blender Bottles and both are great! They mix better than any other bottle I've used. No leaks whatsoever! As far as shakers go, this one is the BEST!
