Several months ago I purchased the Savorna Professional Pedicure clipper. It is an excellent tool except for one problem with my unit. The back lock was extremely difficult to close. I had to use some object to leverage it into place. My wife found it impossible to lock. This could pose a safety problem as the clipper jaws lie open; they are extremely sharp and you could easily impale a finger on the points.
After several months of frustration I sent an email to the merchant, Creative Edge Services, on Saturday 25 July around noon. I received a response within an hour. In the email they asked a few questions about my problem. I responded. Within an hour they replied saying that they had shipped a replacement unit with a prepaid return mail label. The replacement arrived by first class mail on Monday!
I purchase many items over the internet. This is without question the best service that I have ever received concerning a problem with a purchase.
