Customer Review: Packages arrived open, leaking and wet

I ordered 3 tubs of Swiffer wet cloths. The 3 tubs arrived in a plastic bag, placed in a box. The 3 tubs were open and the disinfectant had leaked out of the tubs and throughout the plastic bag. When I have purchased tubs of Swiffer at a store, I have noticed that the tubs are often open and leaking and I have to go through a bunch before I find one that is truly sealed and dry on the outside. I believe this is a flaw in Swiffer's packaging, not in the Amazon order. The tubs are flimsy and the seal on the lid and wrapper doesn't stick.Customer Review: Great!

I like these so much! They are very convenient, smell great, and clean well. I like the little green scrubby strip that gets off dried on gunk, or hard to remove splats.
So much easier than rinsing your mop in a bucket (or sink) and then having to clean both. Just mop & toss... I try to be environmentally "correct"... but, these things are a dream. My 7 year old daughter voluntarily mops the floors... Which, is a great help :)

A girlfriend of mine introduced me to the Swiffer Cleaner and the WET wipes. I cannot stop using them now! I love the convenience. They are so easy to use, clean my floors very well & leave a nice fresh scent. The Swiffer cleaner and wet wipes are so much EASIER than using a conventional squeeze mop! No buckets, no water, no mess! I love using my Swiffer clean and the wet wipes! Try will love it too! TJCustomer Review: Good product but terrible packing

I like to use the wet wipes, they're good products. I gave only 2 stars because the package wasn't packed well. I received the package this week. All seals of three boxes were broken, lids fell off, and the wipes were everywhere in the package, they were dried up, but the amazon packing box was all soaked wet, and it almost fell apart. What a mess it was!Customer Review: Yes they really do leak!

I didn't believe that MY shipment would leak as others had reported. But the Swiffers sure did all over the food items I had ordered for Xmas presents!! Bad packing on Amazon's part. Don't combine food with cleaning products in the same box! Thankfully, Amazon refunded my payment. Good customer service, bad packaging.
