Love the hairdryer, it works amazing! My only problem that everyone should know is that I bought it for the 4 year warranty because I have had 2 chi hairdryers that broke just after my 1 year warranty expired! Therefor this hairdryer was appealing to me. The only problem is Bespoke Labs wont honor my warranty because it was not purchased by an authorized Beauty Supply dealer. So I am screwed if this breaks early!Customer Review: my hair never felt better.

At first I thought this couldn't possible be any good. I have had other blow dryers that were much stronger, but this one was super quiet. After alternating between this one and my other professional dryer, this one won me over because my hair felt incredibly soft and shiny. Only draw back is, if you want to curl your hair and make it last all day, forget it. This dryer makes your hair so slick, curls can't last.Customer Review: AMAZING!!!!!

I personally do not use this product as it was agift for my wife, but I can say with all honesty, WOW. She used to spend four (4) yes four hours drying her hair because it so thick. First time she used this dryer, she was done and on the couch relaxing after a mere hour and a half. The only issue I have with this hairdryer is that when I don't pack it with me when traveling, I remember what a bad hair day is! It is a seriously awesome dryer. Powerful without frying my hair.
I have baby fine hair that used to be limp and lifeless, but this hairdryer helps lift my roots, which stay lifted all day (as long as I don't go to the gym or out in the cold). Highly recommended.

I was unable to keep this product due to the fact that the products box was not sealed and there was not a serial code attached to the hair dryer. This code is necessary in order to register it for it's 5 yr warranty. When I informed Amazon of this problem, they sent me another one, and this too did not have a seal and bar code. This only leads me to wonder where are these dryers coming from?
