I had just purchased this iron from another retailer at over double this price when I saw this on Amazon. I immediately returned the iron from the other retailer and bought it from Amazon. And believe me, it would be worth double the price! It totally and effortlessly removes all frizz from my hair, which has never been done before except at a salon with a lot of time-consuming and painful tugging. This T3 flat iron worked great until the temperature dial broke. Then, when I try to return it to T3 Micro, I find out that neither Payless Beauty, nor Amazon.com are authorized resellers of the T3 product. All T3 Micro can do for me is sell me a new one! Payless has not responded to my email inquiry from a week ago, so I guess a bad review is my only recourse. All I can say is "BUYER BEWARE".Customer Review: Wife loves it !!

This product works well. I love it. However, it didn't come with a serial number so I have NO idea if it's an authorized version or what. I'm in communication with Amazon and Payless Beauty - the people Amazon outsourced this to. If I don't get a recognized serial number I will return it. I love my new hair iron. Everytime I use it people ask me if I have just had my hair done at a salon. I use it when my hair is wet (with leave-in conditioner applied). So far my hair still feels and looks healthy. After I use the iron, my hair is shiny and silky. I love this product! My only lament is that I paid $200 for it at sephora
