The dryer is light and easy to hold, but the speed and heat are not very adjustable (just 2 settings) and it takes a long time to dry my thick hair.
For the price, I would not recommend it.

Was very skeptical about buying a hair dyer that is expensive but it does do the job more quickly than the lower priced hair dryers. It is also lightweight and does not dry your hair out.Customer Review: Bar Code Problem

Strangely, the company does not recognize the bar code. Hence they refuse to warranty the product. I think that we paid a high price for a knock-off. I am not pleased with amazon.com.
