Please be aware when using with young children to stop thumb sucking that in addition to cayeinne pepper extract and citric acid, this product contains isopropyl alcohol, acetone, and lacquer. I bite my fingernails to the point where I bite the skin around them. This may sound disgusting but this actualy makes me enjoy it more. It is made from Cayenne pepper. I bought this as well as the Malava Stop. This product is not half as effective. This takes LONGER to ship and has to be applied 4x more then any others. The Malava is applied ONCE every TWO days and this is TWICE a day. Use the money to buy something better!Customer Review: Pacifier baby

We put this on our daughter's pacifiers and after putting it in her mouth twice and once more the next day she was cured from needing a pacifier. It is pretty yucky tasting. We are keeping our fingers crossed that it will work the same for our son.Customer Review: worked like a charm

I didn't use it for nailbiting. I used it to wean my baby from the bottle. I put it on the nipple of the bottle and gave it to her like every other time. It only took one time, she threw the bottle and never used it again. Instant weaning!!!
