Customer Reviews of Tanita BF680W Duo Scale Plus Body Fat Monitor with Athletic Mode and Body WaterCustomer Review: Nifty machine Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this to try and help get my post baby body back in shape. Not sure if I always enjoy reading the numbers, but it is nice to know health wise. It is a practical tool to have. Though I would say it is unrealistic to expect people to strip just before dinner to weigh themselves. That would be my only criticism, well that and if it could only help melt away the pounds and fat.
Customer Review: Just what I was looking for Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great scale. It has all of the functionality we was looking for since we were just looking for a way to track my stats and my husbands stats (note that I wasn't looking for super precise measurements in terms of the body fat percentage and body water percentage). The style is nice, and I like the memory and guest features. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.
Customer Review: Mostly Accurate Summary: 4 Stars
The scale is accurate for the most part. What I don't like about it is the mild fluctuations from one day to the next. I don't believe that your body changes that much overnight. The body fat and water percentages seem to be in the ballpark, but I don't have anything to compare them to. Overall, I'm satisfied with the scale and think that it is probably more accurate than most.
Customer Review: Scale accurate, body fat, NOT Summary: 3 Stars
I was very excited about this scale, all the reviews seemed so good. Well, I found the scale part to be 'right on' accurate. I was disappointed with the body fat though. My body fat came up about 7% higher on the Tanita than on my Omron hand held body fat monitor. I am very disappointed in the Tanita. Next time, I will buy a scale that only measures weight.
Customer Review: Accurate, easy to use Summary: 4 Stars
The scale is easy to use, well made and the weight seems accurate. If I step on and off several times, it still shows the same weight. It also has a feature that shows your previous weight, and that's helpful. However, I'm not so sure about the body fat and water percentages. How can a scale measure those things through the soles of my feet?
