I've been using this everyday for a week and in my opinion, it works no better than pure epsom salt, and epsom salt is a helluva lot cheaper, just a fraction of the cost. Not only does this have a great clean fresh scent, it calms and relaxes you. The jar lasts a while since you don't need to use much at all (about 1-2 tsp should do it for a gallon of water). My feet thanks me for using this!
