I lke this product but it could be better. The spacing between the rollers could be closer and it does squeek a lot. The squeeking is more bothersome to someone else in the room than the user. If your feet are sensitive you may want to wear a sock at first then remove it after a few cycles back and forth. It does leave your feet with a slight tingle for a few minutes after you stop. It offers temporary relief from heel pain and seems to improve circulation.
