I spotted this gem, and immediately read the reviews. I've had plantar fasciitis for over a year, and am on the mend, however still get foot pain in both feet. After reading the reviews I bought 1 for me and 1 for my elderly mother that had foot surgery in late March.
We both LOVE our roller! I wear a size 9 1/2 wide women's shoe and both my feet fit on the unit at the same time. It's great, you can put it next to your couch while you watch tv and roll, roll, roll.
My right foot is my most painful, and I find that there is a underlying sore spot just above the bottom of my heal. I can position my foot so that the roller digs in and massages that sore spot, making it less sore. My feet feel much better! I absolutely LOVE this foot roller!
My mother uses it to help with circulation in her foot to enhance her healing. She can tell a difference too. Your feet feel renewed, just after a few minutes of rolling.
If you have any feet issues, trust me and get one of these gems, it will be money well spent!

This foot massager is just awesome. I had bought another one of the same company but that one just had wooden rollers. I returned it back as that was no good. This one with little plastic bristles is very helpful to me. I usually have trouble sleeping in night because of some sensation in my feet. I may have some kind of restless leg syndrome. Anyways, since, I got this one, that sensation is gone. I apply little moisturizer in my feet and then rub feet on this massager, just for 2 minutes. And I can sleep comfortably now. It does produces a tingling sensation. So, if you are very very sensitive to that, then re-consider. Else, its a very good and cheap massager.
This is very durable. Though, I never stood on it and you are not supposed to do so either. But, it seems very solid construction and hopefully a long-lasting one.
Highly recommended.

I had been suffering with plantar fasciitis (self-diagnosed) for about 8 months. I had tried various stretching techniques and various icing strategies over that time. The stretching didn't seem to help and the icing actually made it worse. I tried this device as well as the "Large Wood Foot Roller wooden rolling feet massager" device. They both work by rolling your foot over them. They seem to stimulate the foot in different ways. I use them both several times a day for a few minutes...mostly while watching TV. A week later and I have no heel pain in the morning or after sitting for a while. So I decided to stress it by running 3 miles. Even after running (and subsequently sitting for a few hours)...no pain. Wish I had tried this before. I am not a doctor so I cannot say it is a cure...but it sure helped me significantly.Customer Review: Removes tension from feet and body

I received this massager the other day after many weeks from being on back order. I had looked at others but settled on this one. It is a good sturdy product to help relieve stress and revive tired feet, back, legs, etc. It is smaller than the dimensions listed hence the 4-star rating. I measure it at about 8 3/4 inches wide by 6 inches long and 3 inches high. The actual width of the rollers is 7 1/2 inches. I have about average size feet so I can fit both feet on the rollers comfortably. I haven't heard the squeeking that some have mentioned so it may be the way it is used. The holes on the sides are good and comfortable size for holding when massaging other parts of the body or a partner. Along with regular stretching and other foot exercises, this massager has also helped relieve the pain of plantar fasciitis.Customer Review: Really INTENSE ... in a good way!!

My yoga instructor says that the quickest way to get a full body massage is to rub your feet - because pressure points in the feet represent every part of your body (inside and out). I had heard that this foot & body roller was really intense and I am here to say - YES- it is! This thing is like having a professional massage session - my whole body felt more alive after I used it! I keep it under my desk and when I get tired from sitting in front of the computer all day I just kick off my shoes - WOW - this thing is better than drinking a Red Bull!
