I've never written a review and this item inspired me to do so. I've been sitting at work rolling my feet all day and its heavenly. It helps the balls of my feet, the arch, AND the heel. I thought all the spiky things could hurt or be too intense but they are fabulous! I wear a size 7.5 women's shoe and I can fit both feet nicely. You can either gently roll them across or put some pressure on it and dig right into those sore muscles. I love foot massages and I would highly recommend this product. I am really dissappointed with this product. I am 5'10" and wear a size 10 shoe and I can only fit one foot at a time on the roller. The roller balls are hard plastic, I was assuming they would have a little give to them and the weight of even on foot on the roller causes the wood to squeak like it is going to break. I tried using it on my back also thinking maybe I could find another use for it but it is worthless for that too. I would definetly NOT recommend buying this item at all and I would send it back if I could.Customer Review: THE BEST non-electric foot reflexology roller ever!

I became addicted to foot reflexology over a decade ago when I briefly lived in Asia. I like my reflex nodes to be a bit bruised and I manage to destroy all the electric $1-$300 versions eventually. Anyway it is a little-held belief but I think macerating the soles of ones feet as aggressively as possible except by torture is a great way to unlock all sorts of blocked energy channels and therefore preventative healthcare. I bought several styles of foot rollers and pressure point widgets but this is by FAR my favorite.Customer Review: It really works!

I was diagnosed having "plantar fasciitis". I had problems walking right after sitting down for sometime. The soles of my feet hurt, even the toes hurt sometime. I did the stretches in the morning. Rolled frozen water bottles with my feet to lessen the swelling. It helped a bit but I still had problems walking. After using the Foot & Body roller for my feet, the aches went away most of the time. I just use it when my feet acts up (which is rare these days) for few minutes and the pain goes away. This product is nothing but a little wonder! It's very light weight, simple and easy to use, however very very effective. I'd bought expensive "automatic" massagers earlier which broke on the first day of use. I returned it and decided to go for simple "manual" one. The decision was absolutely correct and this product turned out to be a great buy for me and my nursing wife. This little massager relaxes her quite well. I would recommend it for anyone looking for simple and effective massage equipment.
