This thing is so great! I wear socks because it is INTENSE (I am also very ticklish and socks help). I seem to have more energy after I use it. Also, it is heaven when you can get someone to roll it up and down your back - it has handles on the sides to do just that. I liked it so much, I ordered two more. One for home, one for work and one for my Mom who also loved it! HIGHLY recommended!Customer Review: It works but it could be better.

I works. I wouldn't call it the sturdiest thing in the world but it works and it really does give a nice relief for your feet. If it were a little stronger, I might get more out of it but I feel like too much pressure on it from my feet would snap the dow rod(s). Frankly, I think it works a lot better as a back massager. It squeaks a little bit, which can sometimes negate the relaxing.Customer Review: Anything for the feet is great!

I had previously used a motorized 'circle' foot massager which worked fine, but you had to be careful about the amount of pressure you put down on the massager or it would 'lag'. This is great because your chosen preference for foot pressure upon the massager is what makes it work! The 'tines' feel great against the feet and really stimulate the sore spots. I like it. Foot And Body Roller is such a PLEASURE....I purchased it thinking Id use it after a long day of my feet being in boots for 12 hours. It Feels So Good to Provide Relief Rolling Your Exhausted Feet "Back and Forth" over the Roller and Its Invegerating Nubs.....!!! I love this product! I have had plantar fasciitis for months and after I used this foot roller I finally experienced some relief. Yes, it is intense. When I first used it I was surprised at how intense it felt, but I got used to it within minutes. It feels like it is working out the lumps in my foot. I am purchasing another one so I can have it at work.
