This gel pack is so convenient. I tore a muscle in my side making it difficult to do some jobs in and out of the house; so now I heat the gel then wrap it around my waist and am able to go about doing more things in comfort as it relaxes the muscles. It's nice not to have to sit in one place and hold a heat wrap or pad to the area with my hand. Love this product.
