My husband has rheumatoid arthritis and is in almost constant pain. I ordered two of these for him and they help him a whole lot. When his shoulders and/or knees are hurting, the moist heat from these warmers feel so good to him. I use them once in a while, especially when I've been out in the cold and can't seem to get warm. They smell great and they help so much. I would recommend these to any one. Our grandchildren like to have them with they visit. They say it makes their bed feel so toasty!.
