I have been suffering from foot pain from running and cycling for a long time and have been searching for relief. My chiropractor suggested using a roller of some kind to increase circulation and massage my foot muscles. I purchased the foot roller and have been feeling great ever since. After having been nailed by a hit and run driver in '91 I've had constant pain all along my left leg and foot with the pain in the left foot being the worst. I've been ENJOYING this inexpensive and sturdy device to relieve the pain in my foot. It really helps. It also helps relax some of the other muscles that the accident has caused pain in. This is a great investment and I'm glad I made it. I use it at least once a day and even more if I can. It "should" also aid many other parts (organs) of your system according to reflexology theory. It's also great for massaging the back or even neck with the help of someone else because the sides are also handles. This is one killer low tech device and really is a must have.
If you stand on your feet all day or walk a lot or just want to feel better and more relaxed try this. You really can't go wrong at this price especially if you can get it with free shipping. The "Happy Company" has sure made me happy!
You can put quite a bit of pressure on this but don't expect it to work with your full weight or a couple hundred pounds of pressure. Remember this device is made of wood

It works reasonably well, but one of the pegs snapped out of the socket the first day. Initially, we thought the peg had broken, but with some force we were able to snap it back into place. I'm almost afraid to put any pressure at all on it.
