I've owned this product for several years and recently purchased others as gifts for friends "of a certain age". It's impossible to find someone to give a back massage at midnight after a day in the garden or intense cleaning, when every muscle aches and sleep just won't happen. The Backnobber II is the solution. Not only can you adjust the intensity of the massage, the Backnobber II has a precision beyond that of electronic massaging units I've tried. It is designed with a release button to allow the two parts that form the "S" shape to come apart for easy storage in a suitcase or tote bag. I recommend it highly for the long-distance traveler and road warrior. Best yet, it has no cords and only requires calories to operate. Tip: This tool will move more easily over the sore area if you are clothed, use a sheet, or use some type of body oil.Customer Review: Great Product / Bad delivery

I love the Backnobber II so much that I bought another to leave at work and one for a friend. My first order was ordered on Amazon through another company and I received it in 5 days, the second order I ordered directly through Amazon because of a better price...... This order took over two weeks to receive. I received emails notifying me it was on it way and the expected date of delivery, well that day came and went and nothing showed up. After a week and a half I decided to call and find out what was going on with my order, I don't know what happened but they ended up canceling my order placing a new one and overnighting them to me. I called on a Saturday so I received the order on Tuesday which was the day they said it would arrive. Great customer service but the couple of dollars I saved wasn't worth the time it took to receive the order.Customer Review: Aaaaahhhhhhhhh! Relief!

I've had my backnobber for about 4 weeks and I already feel as if I can't live without it. I develop knots between my shoulder blades and my spine from stress. Aside from a long vacation, the backnobber is the number one remedy for these knots. The S shape allows me to apply just the right pressure to my painful trigger points very easily (using fulcrum pressure). After just a few minutes, I feel like a new person. I use it in the evenings while I visit on the phone with family or watch the news. And this may sound odd but it's FUN! Love love love it.Customer Review: Does the job

This is my second Backnobber II, so I'm sold on it. My first one cracked after I apparently put too much pressure on it one too many times, so be aware that you need to not over work it.
It really helps you dig into those nasty knots and loosen up the trigger points.
Also, it collapses into two pieces, so it fits nicely into your suitcase or backpack so you can take it both on the road and to work.
If you have a back filled with knots on a regular basis, I recommend you check this out.

I was in a car accident and had been seeing a chiropractor for 2 months for headache, neck, back and arm/hand pain. I would get relief for a day or two after an adjustment and then the pain was back. Within a week after starting the backnobber, my headaches were mostly gone and a huge improvement for everything else. I have since started to see a physical therapist and that with the backnobber seems to be the best treatment. Would definitely recommend The Trigger Point Therapy workbook to go with it. A great combo!
