This product works exactly as advertised and is a great value for back pain relief. Obviously, this is a temporary relief item and lasting effects would require medical intervention. However; this is great for minor aches and pains associated with sports, weight lifting, etc. It provides great and easily variating pressure on any spot on your back and can work out knots very easily. Very durable product, easily collapsible for a sports bag. Would buy again and recommend to others.Customer Review: Awesome product!!!

I love this product!!! I have had a couple of different versions of the electrical massagers and they don't hold a candle to this simple, but very effective product. It is incredibly simple to use for anyone and does a fantastic job of relieving upper back and neck tension and spasms. I keep it in my office at work and my co-workers come and borrow it all the time. I am seriously thinking about buying this for my whole family for Christmas. Ok,I can put away the tennis ball, onion, apple and other strange items I used to use to roll on my back to try and work out giant knots that would form from riding my bike for hours.
Very easy to use and easy to apply as much pressure as you want to any area on your body.
Useful for runners if you have hip soreness like me.
My only complaint is that I wish the ball was a little softer. I leave some fairly good size bruises on my back.

I first discovered the back knobber when I was in massage therapy school. One of the fellow students had it and lent it to me. I was amazed how using such little effort created such a strong impact on my back. I loved that I could finally massage my own back and work out my own knots. I'm the only one who can feel inside my body, and using this makes it possible to be my own massage therapist. Love this product. :)Customer Review: Best investment I've ever made

I am a Physical therapist assistant and my husband is an Occupational Therapist, some friends at work were ordering these and so we ordered one.
We loved it soooo much we ordered one for my mother in law from Amazon.
This is perfect for pain around your shoulder blades, low back and pressure points along your spine. Kinda difficult if you're too chesty.
