i had tried it once recommended by a friend...i purchased it on my own and found that everyday use found and relieved knots in my back that i did not even know were there...i recommend it for athletes and also to those wishing to get that one trouble spot to relax....thank you backnobber II.

The backnobber 2 is effective for various trigger points on the back and legs. It is, however, significantly smaller than the original backnobber. It does fit nicely into suitcases making it easy for travel so I guess it's a catch-22.
Good product, but I'd rather get a professional massage.

This product does exactly what you think it will do. Get knots out of your back. You can get the ones that are so big and deep and hard that the masseuse can't get them out. It got all the knots out of my upper back it took time to keep applying pressure but it is easy to use a great product.Customer Review: PT- recommended

My Physical Therapist recommended this item to me. I got one, and it really does help get at those "crunchies" that develop every day in my upper back/ neck area. I've always wished I could massage myself effectively, and this is a pretty good step in that direction.Customer Review: It's worth it

I had some back pain which was helped by massage. I use this in addition to massage to be able to get to the hard-to-reach trigger points. The size was also ideal. If one size isn't right, flip it over and use the other. I'd definitely recommend it.
