The backnobber is brilliant for chronic muscle spasm and neck/back pain. As you control the pressure yourself, you are able to release the muscle spasm progressively and gently. No more spending money on regular massages!Customer Review: Same as Used in physical therapy

They used this same item on me in physical therapy for temporary relief and it works well. This is less expensive than the one available in the hospital and is a good deal. I used this for shoulder muscle pain.
