I ordered the Theracane & Back Buddy combo pack from DBROTH a few months ago and have gotten much use out of both of them. After many years of chronic back pain, I can finally reach all those tight muscles and push hard on them to loosen them up.
I just ordered a Theracane for my brother and a Theracane for my sister for Christmas. I am really happy to be sending each of them the gift of back relief.
There are many seller options for Theracane on Amazon. I searched for DBROTH because of the EXCELLENT QUALITY OF THE DELIVERY SERVICE (very good packaging for a wierd shaped item).
When I was trying to decide on my first Theracane, I was a little frustrated about the size which is not really described on any of the product pages. So here is some size information I measured myself:

This product is useful for self-massaging trigger points most anywhere on the body. Read the manual carefully to learn many different ways to properly use the TheraCane Massager. I have chronic fibromyalgia and arthritis 24/7 and nothing really makes me pain-free, ever. I have tried most everything. The TheraCane is helpful for loosening up the muscle knots in my neck, shoulder, back etc. I do appreciate having the TheraCane, as I have tried one out in a store and at someone's home before. When I received a gift certificate for Amazon.com I knew what I wanted to purchase. For me personally, this does not take away my pain, but nothing does anyway. Anything that relieves the pain or tension from stress is helpful to me. This is probably more helpful to others than to me in the level of relief you will get from this. What I really like about the TheraCane is that I am able to reach the places in my back etc, and it allows me to apply quite deep pressure I cannot get otherwise until I go to professional massage therapy (I go every 2-3 wks). I can use this when no one else is around to help me release/relieve the trigger points of stress or pain. Even partial relief is better than none. It helps reduce/take away my neck headaches as well. The TheraCane also appears to be built from very strong material and I expect to have it the rest of my life. It will even fit in a medium to large suitcase if I should ever choose to take it with me on a trip.Customer Review: Thera Cane Hands Free Works Best for Me

I bought this a few years ago after I saw a coworker using one. The Thera Cane works but I just didn't use it as often as I should. I have chronic knots at the base of my neck, and the Thera Cane is effective at applying pressure to these points, but my arms would quickly tire when using it. Yeah, I'm lazy, but part of getting knots out requires that you relax, and tensing my arms up while trying to apply pressure seemed counterproductive. My solution was to loop a belt around one thigh and the Thera Cane, and use this to pull down on the Thera Cane. The various protrusions on the Thera Cane provide nice spots for the belt to grab onto. Now I just use the weight of my leg to provide steady pressure on the Thera Cane, and it's easy to achieve "deep tissue" levels of pressure without breaking a sweat. For most of my pressure point trouble spots, this leaves my hands free to do other things, like work on the computer. I'm typing this review right now with the Thera Cane applying pressure to my upper back. Bonus: I have that annoying habit of occasionally shaking my leg while sitting, and when I'm hooked up to the Thera Cane this way, my leg shakes give me a nice pulsating massage!
It took me a few years to figure this out but at least now I feel I'm getting maximum benefit from this product.
Customer Review: Great Product - A Must Buy for Shoulder, ack or Leg Pain

I bought this device because I cannot stand those vibrating back/shoulder massagers. I had no idea what to expect. The reviews raved about the product. I got it in the mail and tried it for the first time and thought it felt weird and that I probably wasted my money. The next day my shoulder never felt better. I used it daily for two weeks and had virtually no pain in my shoulder that hurt. I also used it on my lower back which can be slightly awkward, but it works well.
Last weekend a friend came over for dinner and said her back hurt. I told her to try this TheraCane. She was hooked and said it's the best thing ever invented. I offered to sell her mine at a price over what Amazon charged, and she seriously considered it just to have the immediate relief. I would've ordered another right away. She owns one now. Another friend came over who has leg pain and loved it for his legs.
I highly recommend this product to anyone with that "spot" that aches. This product works very well to provide relief.
One thing I wondered about before receiving the product was how sturdy it was since it's made of plastic. Well it's tough, like those chairs in high school with the hard plastic backs. That's what TheraCane is made from. I cannot see how you could possibly break one of these.

This theracane was shown to me by my physical therapist while I was undergoing outpatient rehab therapy. It is wonderful in so many ways! It enables you to self-massage areas that are normaly out of reach. You know that little kink in your neck or that small spot just out of reach of your fingers on your shoulder area -- well now this piece of equipment is fantastic for anyone recovery from surgery or for anyone who just needs a little help reaching just that right spot. Excersise shown with it has 100 different aspects for the entire body. There is a round ball on the bottom of the can for just the right amount of pressure applied. Feet, Knees, Legs, arms, back -- you can do it all. The material it is made from makes it durable yet so lightweight for anyone to use. There are handles that are used so it doesn't slip from your grip but those handles serve a dual purpose and later can be used as a guide or a gentle tool for massage. I'd buy these for gifts for friends & family and I would know every person would find a use for this wonderful accessory - whether they need pain relief or help with massaging an area or even help getting dressed - yes I used it to help me put on undergarments when my shoulder was not able to rotate! I can't stress enough how wonderful this item has been in my daily life!
