Customer Review: Theracane--Saving my Back

I have been having severe back pain (muscular)and subsequent headaches on a daily basis for many months. I finally brokedown and went to see one of my colleagues who is a physiatrist. He recommended the theracane to me. He is a physician who is both a DC, (Doctor of Chiropractic) and a physician, DO. This physician has been doing trigger point therapy including intramuscular needling to help release the painful knots in my back. I find that I can use the theracane in between visits with noted relief. This same doctor states that this condition is like diabetes and needs to be managed for life and thus, the theracane allows for me to maintain. I think the theracane is an ingenious invention. I don't really have anything negative to say, with the exception of the pain I am trying to manage. The product arrived quickly after I ordered it and it is exactly as described.Customer Review: Great product, excellent service!

I am a viola player who has had shoulder and arm overuse injuries in the past. My teacher recommended the Theracane, and it has made a huge difference in my ability to practice for long periods every day and to recover more quickly when I'm done. The product is excellent and I recommend it to anyone who gets those painful knots in their muscles.
In addition, this vendor provided great service. The first time my order arrived, the box looked like it had been buried under tons of heavy freight during transit and of course, the Theracane was broken. I called the retailer after business hours and did get the owner on the phone. He was very apologetic and sent me another Theracane immediately, no questions asked. I really appreciated how friendly he was and how quickly he acted to rectify the problem. I would definitely order from this retailer again.

This is the FIRST alternative product that I have bought in many years which makes a NOTICEABLE difference in the way I feel. Chronic aches and pains in my shoulder and back are temporarily relieved. Pain from Arthritis in one of my fingers is no longer an issue after using the cane on my arm!! The cane is easy to use, breaks up little, painful Trigger Points or knots which cause pain a distance away in the body. The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook is very technical and dry; uses the medical terminology for all the muscles which makes it dry to work through. But I find I don't need it. Just using the cane up and down my body, working on and out the tender, sore spots is remarkably effective. The Workbook is good as a backup, but not necessary to feel relieve. I have offered it to some reluctant friends and they are immediately seeing results! I'm a Believer!Customer Review: Great for self-massage and accupressure

I have been a theracane user for 8 years now and was surprised to come across this on Amazon. I cannot say enough good things about this product. It's truly amazing to use when you have sore back and shoulder muscles. Although I don't use this daily, there are times when I get such severe neck and shoulder pain that I can't imagine being without this great tool. I would say the most useful way to use this is to apply pressure to certain points on your back, neck, and shoulders and you will find quick relief. Be sure to not be overzealous in use or you could end up very sore with more pain than you started with. I just ordered the instructional dvd Official Thera Cane Instructional DVD and hope to try more products by this company in the near future.
By the way, if you ever loan it out to a friend, you will never get it back, it's that good!

I bought this because the reviews were so stellar, and deservedly so! When this came in the mail I decided to give it a quick spin...yeah right...I used it for probably 15 min and that feeling in your back after a great message when you have all the tightness gone, that's what I had. How awesome to be able to get that all by yourself and easily as you have good leverage. Anyway, now anytime I want I can easily and effectively get out all the knots and cramps, wow, wow, wow.
Lastly, the most fun with this has been covering up the label and handing it to friends and co-workers and having them try to guess what it is... It doesn't look like anything I've ever seen and pretty much everyone takes forever to guess it.
