I expected to find this pillow a waste of money and to throw it away.
It is so relaxing to sleep on. You can breathe very nice with this pillow. You can't close your mouth completely while resting on the pillow so it helps with TMJ.
I am a belly sleeper and I did not miss sleeping on my belly at all. I was content sleeping on my side and back. Belly sleeping is bad for you back.
I have TMJ and you can lay on your side with this pill and it does not hurt your jaw because nothing is touching you jaw. You can't do this with a regular pillow. I tried.
I am very impressed. I felt like I was in heaven the first night I slept on it. It feels like it is very good for the neck. The position the pillow puts your neck and head is very relaxing and feels good.
Nice that something is good for a change.
The doctor prescribed Allegra twice a day for allergies. The sinus and jaw are connected.
He also prescribed Alleve twice and day.
and some cortesone pills for 7 days. He is treating me for sinus problems. This is common the dentist says. Sinus problems acting like Jaw problems.
So ask you doctor about it.

Don't worry and get yourself in a stressed out state. I think the stress is causing the pain in the jaw. The more relaxed I am the better I am. So you aren't allowed any more stress!
I am five foot three and I ordered the medium. Seems fine.

I bought this pillow from my chiropractor's offfice about two years ago. It is still holding up and has really helped the soreness in my neck and completely changed my sleeping habits. I've had neck problems for many years. Know up front that you'll have to get used to it. Most folks turn from their back to their sides in the same spot...If you do that with this pillow, you'll find yourself in the middle without any neck support. Eventually your body will figure it out and you'll automatically move to the winged side sections without any interruption in sleep. Now, my body can truly relax and I'm not having to mess around with my pillow to get it where I need it to be for support. Whether I sleep on my back or my side, I know my body is in alignment. I also sleep with a pillow (my old one) under my knees if on my back or between my legs if on my side. Note: Make sure you get measured by someone to ensure you have the right sized pillow. The pillow comes in Child, Petite, Adult, etc. My chiropractor measured me and so I knew it would fit. You can go online and find the procedure to be correctly measured. I thought about changing my matress but after getting this pillow, I didn't have to. My problem was solely based on having an incorrectly sized/type pillow.Customer Review: I like it much better than those memory foam pillows...

First, the good stuff...I've had TMJ and neck & shoulder problems and this pillow really seems to help with both. I had purchased a much pricier memory foam pillow before and it didn't seem to help. Now I wake up without stiffness or pain and I feel like it really gives the support I need. An added bonus - I no longer get those sleep wrinkles on my face! I think it is because I am now sleeping some of the night on my back, which took some getting used to.
The downsides are minor in comparison, but I wanted to warn folks that it is true this pillow takes a little getting used to. The first night I did not sleep well and woke up aching all over. Fortunately it only took a few nights to get past that. Secondly, if you are a side sleeper like me, you may find it a little difficult sleeping out on the edges of the pillow - it leaves you either in the very middle of the bed (which your spouse may find annoying) or hanging on the edge. Overall though, I am very pleased with this...I would buy it again.

I have had neck pain for about 20 years now and for years could not sleep with a regular pillow. I have tried several different kinds of pillows from my Chiropractor and spent hundreds of dollars. Then I finally tried this pillow. WOW! I am able to sleep now. I have had no problems with the quality either. It lasts about 5 years then it starts to feel less supportive. I THINK there is a 5 year pro-rated warranty (check their website to make sure). Make sure to measure your neck for the right size of pillow - this really matters. Go to there website if it is not explained how to do it here. Anyway I am on my third pillow because I have to replace about every 5 years. I will pack this pillow if I travel. I have told several other people about this pillow and there has been mixed reviews. I think it works great for those who sleep on there side and/or have neck or back problems.Customer Review: Good for keeping neck in one position!

After having a ruptured disk in my neck from sleeping funny on my old pillow, I switched to this one. Since using this pillow I have not had any neck or back pain or kinks. This pillow is good if you are a back sleeper because the pillow craddles your head so that your head doesn't flop to one side or the other. The reason I only gave it a 4* versus a 5* is that I have a little trouble getting comfortable when I first lay down at night. I actually took a knife and scissors and had to cut some material from the neck area to soften and shorted the slope that was originally there, but again I have had no back or neck issues when I awaken so it is worth the initial getting comfy issue over pain and kinks!!
