Yes, it works. Thermaclear has been so far the best thing for my face since Proactive. After using Thermaclear for 3 days, I already notice a difference in my face. Pimples that normally last a week (even with proactive) were gone in 2 days. I used Thermaclear 2-3 times a day. I recommend using Thermaclear after you clean your face. Yes, Yes, Yes, it does sting, but after a day, you get used to it.
