Customer Review: Packaging Is Questionable

I ordered this product from Amazon.com. The first bottle can to my residence with dirt on it and an old piece of tape covering the opening of the lid. When I asked Amazon to ship me a new one, they did but, again, an old piece of tape was covering the opening of the lid.
(1) They should have a seal covering the opening. A piece of tape is insufficient.
(2) The bottle felt 1/2 full.
Bottom line- I was not impressed with the presentation.
