I felt a noticeable improvement in energy after taking ThreeLac for two weeks. I take it four times a day instead of the suggested two. I have been taking it for four months now and it has significantly reduced my symptoms. Recently, I started taking Bio-K acidophilus as well. (I get the Bio-K at Whole Foods since it is a refrigerated item.)
I previously tried taking Solaray Yeast-Cleanse but did not feel any improvement as a result.
I have ordered from New Life Vitamins via amazon.com several times and the shipments have always arrived quickly.
Update as of January 2008: I have switched to GHT's new product FiveLac. I now order directly from Amazon since I am a Prime member and therefore get free two-day shipping.

With all of the medical expertise and prescriptions in this country, it's amazing that the only product that has made a difference for my wife is Threelac. Since she started using Threelac, she has gone from being physically miserable, basically bed-ridden and living on a diet of water, unseasoned chicken and steamed vegetables to living a relatively normal life. For months, she saw several different doctors and specialists and made two late night trips to the emergency room. Everybody had a different opinion of what was wrong and all the medicines they prescribed either simply masked her symptoms or made her even sicker. I was told by a friend who is a clinical nutritionist to try the threelac and so I got it from Amazon (best price!) I have been battling candida for 18 years and in the last 6 years it has become quite rough to handle. Within days of one packet a day felt better than have felt in years! am combining it with the Orenda products for the immune system and general boosting and I am amazed how much better I feel! symptoms I have had for many years have cleared or clearing with the threelac! taking now two packets a day and have had some detoxing - a lot of water helped and eating more fiber to help me get rid of the detox effect... highly, highly recommend this product!

Wonderful product!! I have undergone sooo many test to discover the source of my "brain fog" and low energy. I had MRI's CatScans, EEG's, blood tests, you name it..
After two years, I discovered it was candida. About a week after taking this product along with a candida cleanse, i began to notice a dramitic increase in mental clarity and natural energy!
