If you have yeast problem which chances are most people do, this product works. Most important aspect of using this product is patience.
You must use only one packet for 1 to 2 months. It would probably increase your symptoms at first which is called dying effect, before it reduces the symptoms. increase by one packet and use 2 packets for a month before increasing to 3 and so on until all your symptoms go away. Just beware that every time you increase the number of packets your symptoms may get worse before getting better. After you reach 4 5 or 6 and feel your symptoms are gone, start reducing the number of packets until you get to 1. Keep taking 1 for maintenance.

I bought Threelac for a yeast infection. Best I know, it did little to cure that. Perhaps it would have had I taken the recommended three to four packets per day. I took two per day for a week then one/day thereafter.
Threelac did make me feel better in general. Specifically, my joint aches hurt less at all times and did not hurt at all most of the time. That is still true six weeks later. It also regulates my lower digestive system better than anything I have tried and I've tried many possible remedies including diet and fiber supplements.
The four stars (instead of five) are because of the cost.
I just ordered another box.

Just a note to say thank you to the makers of Threelac. I have a 7 yr old daughter who was having a terrible time with growing and painful canker sores on her tongue. We couldn't find anything to work, and that's all she would talk about.
Then a friend suggested that it could be froma result of candida yeast, and told us about Threelac. We were willing to try just about anything. In less than 1 box, her sores disappeared, she isn't miserable anymore, and we no longer feel powerless to help her.
I don't know how it works, but Thank You. Now if you can help us find a her a pony, because now that is all she talks about.... : )

I ordered two boxes of Threelac (60 pack) plus GHT Oxygen Elements (1 oz.). I took 1 packet/day for 1 week and then 2 packets/day until completion.
I noticed no discernible difference in my health, although I have to admit that I have more issues I'm dealing with than just a high yeast count. Personally, I did not experience any issues with stomach cramps etc, as others have suggested and I would not consider my stomach to be among the stronger ones (perhaps beginning slowly with 1 pack the first week helped).
Overall I cannot recommend nor discount the possible benefits of the product. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

I've been using ThreeLac for about three years now. I would use nothing else. I find it to be one of the most aggressive probiotics out there and I recommend it to my friends and family all the time. I have a gluten intolerance and ThreeLac has helped make my intestinal villi heal wonderfully (in addition to a gluten free diet). However I initially started using ThreeLac for chronic yeast,,,,of which I've have no problems since. I would highly recommend this product. If u get a die-off reaction at first (i.e. herxheimer reaction), don't be scared of it. That's the yeast spores dying off. Once you get through it, your life returns. I promise.
