I want to share (with everybody who is struggling with Candida) my experiences. Yes, I have Candida and have been looking for a miraculous cure to get rid of it.....it is easier to grow it in your body than get rid of it. I had been researching different diets and food supplements like Threelac for some time already. I have read a lot of positive things about Threelac and decided to go for it. Well, unfortunately after 2 months of using it....my Candida was still doing very good in my body (but not me). To add something to it....I WAS (AT THAT TIME) ON A STRICT CANDIDA DIET (not eating everything...as many people do when taking Threelac). SORRY TO SAY....BUT THREELAC DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME FIGHT MY CANDIDA!!!!
I turned to other products....and they seem finally to work. I am still on Candida diet...but fight it with ORGANIC PLAIN KEFIR (one glass per day...no matter when) and 15 drops of GRAPEFRUIT SEED EXTRACT mixed in half glass of water (1 drink per day). MY CANDIDA STOPPED BOTHERING ME ANYMORE!!!!!! I STILL HAVE IT....BUT I DO NOT HAVE ANY SIMPTOMPS I USED TO HAVE.
I discovered that diet, KEFIR and GRAPEFRUIT SEED EXTRACT is the only way to go. NOT THREELAC!!!!

So, I bought the threelac because I was having some problems caused by an excess of candida albicans in my digestive tract. I had already experienced incredible relief from these symptoms from just changing my diet, which makes it hard to say if the threelac really helped at all. The lemon flavored one tastes nice, but I keep thinking about how probiotics are sensitive to heat and I have no idea what temperatures they are stored at in the Amazon warehouse or in the shipping process. Or if they were in the sun for a while and the product was already dead. Who knows! They could be helping a tremendous amount, but because I've changed my diet so much (in a very healthy way) I just haven't noticed the effect of this product. If you're considering buying it because of yeast, just get a book called "Feast Without Yeast", get a good refrigerated probiotic, and schedule yourself some colonics. Seriously. They help to remove the yeast from your large intestine. Also, whole coconut milk and/or coconut oil. They have a high lauric acid content which has been found very effective in treating candida, as well as many other problems that affect your immune system.Customer Review: Very Disappointed

I have suffered with Candida for over 13 years but only recieved a correct diagnosis a few months ago. After countless doctor visits, medical tests and thousands of dollars, I thought maybe I had found something that would finally work. I was very encouraged by the reviews, but after 6 weeks, I can say it's had absolutely no effect whatsoever. I began taking 1 packet and have increased to 3 a day. I also take acidophilus and have cut down greatly on sugar, yeast, bread, fruit and dairy. My worst symptom is debilitating fatigue; some days I can barely stand. I also have severe burning and tingling in my hands and feet, especially feet, dry mouth, intolerance to cold, dry skin and hair, depression, irritability, and various stomach issues ( no matter what I eat, my stomach blows up - I feel like I'm constantly 4 months pregnant). I also suffer from constipation and gas pains. I will continue to take it; after all, I have nothing to lose, maybe it hasn't been long enough, but based on the reviews I've read, I thought I'd surely feel something, anything, even die off symptoms, after 6 weeks.Customer Review: such a blessing

Having struggled with various digestive issues for over 20 and tried virtually every probiotic available, Three Lac was an answered prayer. Other probiotics, despite the volume, simply could not provide the results of a single ThreeLac packet. Prior to utilizing Three Lac I would literally catch a stomach bug if I entered the same room as another person who had been infected with the bug weeks before. The susceptibility to stomach illness was absolutely intolerable. Doctors prescribed numerous expensive tests and medicines that did not work. Three Lac aided in the increase of immune function, digestive utility, and the elimination of cramping, nausea, reflux, and indigestion. I had previously utilized Prilosec, Tagamet, Pepcid, and all the other popular medicines for about 20 years. Today, I don't take any stomach medicines. My guess is the isolated individual that rated Three Lac a one star either works for another probiotic company or the pharmaceutical company manufacturing prescribed digestive medications. I don't know if this product is working or if its all in my head???? I do know that I seem to be getting better (and thats all I really care about ;). Ive had candida before and the lengths I had to go to get rid of it were tiring. I HATED the candida diet. But supposedly with threelac you don't have to worry about that. However, I tried to do a cadida-esque diet but... it only lasted a week (LOL). So I have been taking threelac for almost 2 months now and I finally seem to be getting back to normal. Now two months may sound like a long time but keep in mind I pretty much ate and eat what I want ( which would make health nuts/natural foods nutritionists SCREAM). I should also mention that I had to start with only one packet a day and work my way up to what ever my body could handle. Which turned out to be four but that was to costly so I am taking three. As I said I have been taking it for two months and now I can graduate to five lac. That only requires a packet or two a day for maintainence so we will see how that goes.
