Due to longtime job stresses I had developed a substandard immune system. A difficult infection developed, and I also had developed a chronic case of irritable bowel syndrome. I was fatigued, depressed and even had suicidal thoughts. I happened upon threelac as a result of one other infection-sufferer who shared time on a forum regarding the disease...he told how he got his life back through threelac. I'm always skeptical of such an easy fix, but in desperation I decided to try some. I felt better in a matter of days. Now, after a couple of years of taking threelac I have a completely active life, normal bowel movements and am grateful for the product. I had tried several other types of probiotics sold in local stores and none helped at all. I've tried to eliminate threelac from my diet and found that I do lose ground, energy-wise, so unless something else cheaper proves effective, it will continue to be a part of my daily routine. Threelac Dietary Supplement, Natural Lemon Flavor, .053-Ounce Packets (Pack of 60) If you ever get yeast infections from antibiotics, diabetics eating too much sugar, or any other reason, this is the answer. My doctor recommended I search for threelac on the internet, to help me. It is available other places, but Amazon has prime shipping. I take 3 packets a day if anything is flaring up, or you can take 1 or 2 packets per day for maintenance. I even give it to my dog, when his skin gets yeast infections. (one a day). Both my dogs love it, even though only one needs it. It is a lemony powder packet, pour it in your mouth and then swallow water. It is not bad tasting, did take a tiny bit of adjusting to. I have been looking for answers for months for my health concerns. I had suspected candida, so I did a candida diet and took some anti-fungals and I felt alright, but not 100%. I did a lot of blood tests and did find out that I have low ferritin, but the iron supplements have not been helping, and I suspect it's caused by the candida. I didn't realize how much it was really working until I ran out, so I ordered two more boxes. I've kind of hit a plateua, so I am going to increase the amount...there's a good article [...] on how to use Threelac effectively. I'm also taking some acidophilus, B-12,adrenal and thyroid support and some supplements that help clean out parasites, which seem to go hand in hand with the candida. I feel much better, not entirely back to normal yet, but it takes time- there are no overnight miracles. Give it a try, and just keep at it, because you will notice a difference.Customer Review: Really, I dont know!

I was not even going to write a review because as the title stands, I really do not know how it is. So basically I am going to give it ONE star for now since thats how I feel right now. I will keep updating as we go.
I have been on the threelac for the last 3 weeks. I am using for vaginal yeast issues for the past 10 months straight! I started with one packet a day for a week. Then 2 packets a day for a week and now three packets a day for the 3rd week. I see absolutly NO results. I still want to die! I am so uncomfortable. I am torn between is this yeast die off or not working? Noone can really answer. So thats my review so far! Maybe it is die off and I am getting better but none of the other symptoms are better like the depression and headaches and tiredness. Actually out of 100% I am now 75% tired so 25% less tired. If you have any questions please ask, I will try to answer.

I suffered from what I believe was a chronic yeast overgrowth. No Doctor made this diagnosis so that was my best guess. My Kaiser docs were less than useless in diagnosing my health problems. After multiple diabetes, B12 deficiency, CBC and more tests that were all negative, I decided to take matters into my hands by trying ThreeLac. While I can't say that all my problems disappeared overnight, they reduced in intensity fairly quickly and after 4 months using ThreeLac (1 - 3 doses a day depending on intensity of symptoms) I can say that I am nearly back to full health. It took a lot more time and money than what other reviewers have claimed but it is the one product that has seemed to actually work. I also combined this with a greatly sugar reduced diet from the book "Feast without Yeast" to achieve results. Even a 2 week course of Diflucan didn't work as well as ThreeLac.
