Over the last several years I have developed a gluten and wheat intolerance, GERD, IBS and sinus problems. A nutritionist recommended looking into Candida. After some searching online I came across Threelac. A coworker and I split the cost and are sharing a box. I started to notice a difference in my digestive problems within the first week of taking Threelac. I've also noticed a decline in sinus problems. I have experienced symptoms of candida die off, but the overall experience has been positive. I typically take 1/2 a packet after dinner. It does make me very tired, and I am typically ready for bed around 9. I have noticed a decline in the severity of my acid reflux, as well as a smaller reaction to food containing gluten or wheat. I have yet to go on a candida diet, but plan on doing so in the near future.Customer Review: Middle of the Road

Like many others, I purchased this to help with my Candida. I have been taking it for a couple of months and my candida seems to be getting better, but I don't know if that's from my change in eating habits or taking the Three Lac or the combination of both. I have no miracle story to share nor did i have any negative side effects. I suppose that since everyone's body is different, you just have to see how your body reacts to it. And in my case, I noticed nothing- good or bad. I want to have faith in it because so many other people swear by it, so I just purchased the Five Lac to see if I just need a stronger dose. I'll see if this makes a difference. If not, I won't bother purchasing it anymore and find a regular probiotic that I can take instead. This product has been sold through Multi-Level Marketing for years now. I bought into the hype and bought a "3 month supply" for $150. I read so many rave reviews on it, that I was 100% positive it would work. Well, needeless to say, it didn't. While I didn't notice NO effects, the results were pretty darn close to zero.
Don't believe the hype that this is a candida silver bullet. It works for some, and it doesn't work for some, just like most nutritional supplements. One of the things that isn't emphasized enough unfortunately is eating right for your type. Avurveda says it, Chinese Medicine says it.
I'm not here to call the testimonials on this product fake, but I bet you're going in reality see a 50/50 split down the middle with those it's worked for and those it hasn't.

I have been taking this product for almost 2 years now. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease 4 years ago and for the first 2 years of my diagnosis struggled with taking prednisone and other prescribed medication to keep my Crohn's in check. I heard about Three-lac and decided to give it a try in an effort to stop taking the prednisone. To my amazement, within a week my symptoms were lessoned and I was feeling much better and after taking it faithfully for a year, my Crohn's went into full remission and I have not had any relapse. This product works great and is all natural unlike prednisone which came with horrible side effects, the least of them being weight gain. I would highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from the horrible effects of yeast overgrowth and the diseases it exacerbates.Customer Review: Candida

I recently was diagnosed with Candida from the use of antibiotics. I had a severe sinus infection and was giving 875mg twice a day for amoxillician and a few days after that I developed a yeast infection. I went to the doctor and was given antifungul meds and more antibiotics. This went on for 3 months until finally I went to a interal doctor which diagnosed me with Candida. I was told to purchase The Yeast Connection book and take probiotics. I was on the diet and bought some generic acidophilus. But that was only working so much. I decided to purchase ThreeLac and took 2-3 a day and also workout atleast 3-4 times a week. After almost a week and a half my symptoms are 75% gone. I will recommend this product, but keep in mind it takes time and will not go away overnight. Hope this helps.
