I suffered from what I believe was a chronic yeast overgrowth. My Kaiser docs were less than useless in diagnosing the problem. After multiple diabetes, B12 deficiency, CBC and more tests that were all negative, I decided to take matters into my hands by trying ThreeLac. While I can't say that all my problems disappeared overnight, they reduced in intensity fairly quickly and after 4 months using ThreeLac (1 - 3 doses a day depending on intensity of symptoms) I can say that I am back to 80% health. It took a lot more time and money than what other reviewers have claimed but it is the one product that has seemed to do some temporary good. I also combined this with a greatly sugar reduced diet from the book "Feast without Yeast" to achieve results. I took this product for about 6 months, and it completely cured my systemic yeast and digestive problems. I had to go up to about 5 packets a day, but it worked, and nothing else had worked. It's awesome stuff. Then I stopped using it for a year or so, had some return of stomach/digestion trouble, and I've started doing 2 packets a day, which seems to be enough to put my system back on track. You just put it in a little water, it takes like lemon.
The other great option for stomach problems is a tablespoon of cider vinegar a day -- that cured my dad's colitis. Both of these cures work by giving your stomach back some of the healthy bacteria it needs. I'd try the cheaper one (cider vinegar) first, and if that doesn't do the trick, try this stuff. It's really worth it.

I've taken this product for some time and I can tell you it definitely works. Even with the first dose, I could feel the difference. It immediately improved the PH of my intestinal tract, I stopped having trouble with diahrrea and loose stools. I've been taking it for several months, and I can tell you it has helped me. As for the reviewer above who stated they had been taking it for three weeks and still had Candida, OF COURSE YOU DO. It takes several months to fully get a good case of candida under control. The literature that comes with the product explains this. The product is pleasant tasting and easy to take. It also suggests that you take a fiber supplement to help cleanse the colon of the dead and dying candida organisms. The company has been trying to find out who is selling her GHT products and threatened legal action. Unauthorized dealers buy from unscrupulous GHT dealers in bulk discount, so you don't know how old, fresh, or alive the product is (ThreeLac contains live bacteria that will die under cerntain conditions, such as extreme heat or prolonged cold temperatures). In addition, you will not receive any instructions for how to take the product or any support or guidance from this dealer, nor does she provide the unconditional 60 day money back guarantee that an authorized GHT dealer offers. This is my first Amazon review.....EVER. I started taking this about a month ago...and definitely have noticed an improvement in my digestion. It used to be that whenever I ate out I had digestive problems...might as well not have wasted my money. Since I began taking 2 of these a day, my diarrea has significantly reduced, and although I can't be sure, I think I'm starting to feel better overall. I've just ordered my second box, and am hopeful my good luck continues. I take it in a little bit of water, I can't take just the dry powder (yuk) but when put in a about an ounce or two of water it really isn't bad. I was willing to give this a try, and I hope you will too. (this is in no way a paid endorsement, I'm just a regular gal, with an irregular system).
