My chiropractor uses the Thumper massager to relieve my neck and back tightness. When I inquired about getting one to use at home she told me there was a smaller but very effective model you can buy. This is the Mini-Pro II massager. You truly can gain relief from occasional muscle tightness and it's quite powerful but not difficult to use. I would heartily recommend it to anyone. This is the real thing...used by chiros and many professional masseuses.
