I was turned on to these recently and they are a wonderful invention. One toothpick can last me 3+ hours easily... and still have flavor the whole time. The flavor is a little strange but it grows on you. I always keep a pack in my car for long drives.
Gum can hurt my jaw after a while but these sticks satisfy my oral fixation without causing my jaw to lock up. The box says they can help smokers quit... and I believe it.
...though I would recommend shopping around... a little pricey on Amazon.
