This capsule shaped pill timer and holder is what we needed, but much bigger than I expected. I haven't looked back; it probably was described as to its actual size but I suppose I was fooled by the capsule shape. It works very well and is easy to set. The timer goes off 10 minutes before time for a dose, again 5 minutes before, and then at the time for your pills. Since we're often away from home when my husband needs to take pills, this gives us time to stop and find water or something to take them with. The product is worth the small cost.
