It arrived in perfect order days ahead of expected delivery on a day I had a serious sinus headach. I popped it out of the surprisingly easy to open plastic encasement, stuck in the included batteries, and felt a chill in my upper body as I lowered it over my scalp...even before I turned it on. The four stages of pulsing held my attention while I experimented for a couple of minutes and then took it off to answer the phone. WOW! Half my headach was gone, just like that. Truly amazing.
