After 2-3 months of use, including for 2 weeks of camping, this pillow is still firm and supportive in my case. It's a little floppy if you pick it up and try to have a pillow fight with it, but the channels supporting my neck are still firm. I have a bad low back, and was given this pillow by a doctor after I was in unrelated car accident and sustained a neck temporary neck injury. This pillow was hard to get use to the first night, but give it a chance. What an improvement, my neck is healed, but what a lucky find to improve my back. (Disc rupture). I bought this pillow a month ago and was initially impressed with its firmness and neck support. After about two weeks use, it became much less firm and much more floppy. After a month, the stitching on the side of the pillow came loose and its contents started to spill out. I am hugely disappointed with the quality of this pillow and cannot recommend it to anyone. Was purchased for my wife. She was having problems with her neck. Doctors wanted her to sleep on her back. Regular pillow didn't work. This pillow allows her to sleep in confort on back which has great reduced neck pain.
