Customer Review: I Wouldn't Sleep without this Pillow

This pillow was recommended to me by my chiropractor. I'm in his office a few times a week for 2-3 months to get my back adjusted and for physical therapy to correct a curvature in the neck area of my spine; my curvature is just slightly off normal, but I definitely feel the strain in my shoulders and neck from it, as well as suffer frequent headaches and migraines. Since I have been using this pillow, I have been waking up without the usual ache in my neck & shoulders that I used to have for years. I attribute that to my efforts at the chiropractor's office as well as this pillow. If I try sleeping without this pillow now, I definitely notice a strain and ache in my neck and shoulder muscles in the morning. No matter how great I feel after a chiropractic appointment, if I go a night without this pillow, the discomfort in my upper back muscles reappears. The pillow is meant to support your neck and to keep a correct alignment of your spine. I would say it definitely feels like it fulfills its function, and it maintains the comfort day-to-day that I get from the chiropractor's work on my neck & back.
Aside from that, I find that this pillow is quite comfortable. If you sleep on your back, the center of the pillow is sunken in so your head is supported in just the right way. If you're sleeping on your side, the edges of the pillow are more elevated than the center, and they're firm enough that I think it's comfortable for sleeping in that position too.
However, my boyfriend dislikes this pillow because he finds it uncomfortable. Though, we both acknowledge that he's not exactly a model of perfect posture and he does not give much thought to his back & spinal health (-he doesn't seen a chiropractor or anything like that).
I definitely recommend this pillow. If you're considering providing a little bit more care for your neck, back and spine, especially if you're already working on those with a chiropractor, this may help. Personally, it has eased my neck & shoulder discomforts and my headaches are much more infrequent now than ever before.
Customer Review: The worst customer service and a horrible side sleep pillow

First let me review the pillow. The pillow is sold to provide good support for back as well as side sleepers. Although thihs might hold true for back sleepers, it is definelty not a good side sleep pillow. I used thsi pillow for few nights and was kept awake all night due to the pain ti caused I wanted to break in the pillow and bared the pain for couple of weeks but still didnt get better.
Now as far as the customer service, I tried contacting them and asking them not for a refund but atleast an exchange to try one of thier other pillows. The response i got was "we are not sorry about this because our policy does not permit refunds" I never wanted them to be sorry except provide me an option if avaible! The customer service was very rude.
I would strongly recommend against trying out this pillow if you are a side sleeper. Also keep in mind the horrible and rude customer service if you ever need it.
Customer Review: Major relief of neck pain.

I have neck spasms that worsen throughout the night and cause severe pain all day long, often leading to a migraine. I have tried tempurpedic pillows and roll shaped pillows and have slept without a pillow for the last 3 years because it proved some relief. This Tri-Core Pillow has changed so much. It takes a little getting used to, but is worth it. I no longer have debilitating pain and I haven't had a migraine since I got it months ago. You can't sleep on your stomach, which is hard to get used to, but once you do you feel the difference. My husband and I have been using Tri-Core pillows for the past 14 years and love them. I find that the Firm Support pillow #200 is the best for a good night's rest. If you are a side sleeper, it doesn't get any better then this. The support I
get to my neck and shoulders is great. I don't wake up with kinks, sore muscles or headaches anymore. We take our pillows
with us when ever we travel. Once you get use to this pillow, you won't want anything else.

I've been sleeping on this pillow for about 3-4 days now, and I although it has helped my neck pain considerably, I find that I am unable to fall asleep deeply while using it. I end up switching to a regular pillow halfway through the night. Knowing this, I probably still would have purchased it, but perhaps I would have chosen the "gentle" version instead. I do want to say that the Tri-Core pillow is large and seems very well-made. It barely fits into my standard size pillowcase. I was impressed with its construction.
