My daughter practices gymnastics 16 hours a week and needed the additional heel support as she is growing and experiences pain off and on. The Cheetah heel works well but after about nine months of use the plastic heal has cracked off and she is no longer able to use it. Also it needs to be washed frequently as it gets very smelly!
