Hi, I am a 11 year old 6th grader. During my 2009 basketball season my heels started hurting constantly and my doctor said it was growing pains. The bones in my feet were growing faster than my ligaments. As time went on the pain increased so I bought gel heels. At first I bought a pair of gel heels from sports authority but it didn't help, and more and more pain came. Then one day my dad got me these gel heels and all pain was gone. Basketball, baseball, football, or any sport was rid of heel pain for me. I felt that the waffle like design on the bottom absorbed all pressure. This ingenious invention is both comfortable and pain reducing. I put them in all my shoes and never have had heel pain to this day. Now I play any sport with confidence and never have to worry about my heels hurting. This is a great product for heel pain and i recommend you to try it if you suffer from heel pain.Customer Review: LIke walking on air.

I got these for my 12 year old son to wear in his cleats since he has been having heel pain especially during his baseball practice. He put them in and it made a world of difference. He said it was like walking on air. He has been taking them out and wearing them in his sneakers when not at practice so I'll probably pick up another pair so he has a set for both shoes. Hopefully with these and good care of his heel, the pain will no longer be a factor. We'll see and I hope to update this review with time. After about 2 weeks of wearing these heel cups my son's heel pain has gone away and he isn't walking with a limp for the first time in months.Customer Review: Hoped they would help plantar fascitis, but they don't

In my early days of plantar fascitis suffering I bought these as other reviewers said they seemed to help. At first they felt good, anything would have, but they do not offer any arch support, and I have high arches. I found the WalkFit Orthotic Insoles - - Available in Various Sizes to be a godsend. I tried to get my daughter to use these in some of her shoes which have no cushioning and she said they felt good. Basically, they will feel good in your shoe, but if you have plantar fascitis, find something else.Customer Review: great product

These heel cups are amazing I was suppose to start physical therapy for 2 heel spurs on my heel I was unable to walk without severe pain. I can't believe the difference after 2 days I'm walking with very little pain and back to doing exercise and look forward to putting them on in the morning. I can say I have tried other things also like a night splint which gives me some relief in the morning,custom orthodics were more painful for me,stretching, foot exercises and icing. these heel cups really take the pressure off my heels its like walking on air I highly recommend these.Customer Review: Finally something that works

My son has suffered with a heel problem since he started football at the age of 8. His doctor advised that we get heel lifts or cups made for him since many children suffer from this condition due to injury to the growth plate in their heels. After trying many over the counter inserts, I found these heel cups and read the reviews. My son now wears them almost everyday and has no more pain. The real test will come when football starts this fall, and I am confident that he will be comfortable out there on the field.
