Not impressed. They will not stay in place in my shoes - they turn sideways in my shoes and are pretty much useless as they are very uncomfortable when this happens.
When they are in the proper position they are comfortable and provide a decent amount of padding, but after wearing them for five minutes, they've shifted position. I looked for instructions to see if there was something I missed, but there didn't appear to be any in the box. It's pretty self-explanatory how they go in your shoes, but there's no way to keep them in place. They do seem to help with the plantar fascitis, though.
Off to look for something from Dr. Scholls that will stay in place.....

I had what I thought was Planter Fasciitis(PF). A podiatrist I went to, told me that I don't PF, what I suffer from is a lack of padding (ie, fat pad) on the heels of my feet. And that was the cause of my pain. He recommended these heel cups to me. I was very skeptical that they would do anything positive. I was wrong, with in a week of constant use the pain went away. I was surprised and very happy. I have been using these for a few years now, and have tried other brands. These are the best ones I have used so far.Customer Review: Tuli's Heal Cups

My physical therapist recommended these for the heal pain I experience from losing the fat pad in my heal. She also recommended Croc shoes. I bought my Tuli's from Amazon because I could get 2 for the price that the therapist office was selling them for. I have been completely satisfied with the product. I have Achilles tendinitis and I spend a lot of time walking on uneven surfaces. I'm 5'9.5" and weigh 200lbs. I used these in my work boot. They weren't very comfortable from the start but they did prevent me from painfully overstretching my Achilles tendon. However, when I was on my feet for an extended period of time, more than 3 hours, the inserts became extremely uncomfortable and eventually painful.Customer Review: Really Good

I wanted something to be soft and ease the daily 10 hours of shoes pressure on my heels, that have been hurting for the past 2 month, I hoped that Tuli's heel cups will do the trick and they really made a difference, now I can tolerate the long hours of standing/sitting and find it easier to focus on my work instead of my heels!
I do recommend this product.
