I have developed a achilles tendonitis. Which basically means my heel hurts all the time, is sensitive and I usually end up limping more and more severe as the hours I stay on my feet go by. I have a job were I stand on my feet the entire day and usually by the end of the day I am literally hopping on one leg in order to get my work done. Its painful and looks ridiculous. I looked into my problem and many webistes claim a "Heel Cup" is helpful, thus I ordered one. Best choice of my life. Afte stuffing them in my shoe I go my whole day with out limping and greatly reduce the daily pain associated with the tendonitis. The item is cheap, cheaper then going to the hospital to have them tell you the only thing you can do is wait it out. (which is not good advice) The item also has a warrenty, which is kinda useless because of how cheap it is, but certainly does not hurt anything. Its like having a lifetime warrenty on a plunger, it probbaly wont go bad, but if it ever does, you probbaly wont bother invoking the warrenty to get your 8 bucks back. If you have heel pain or achey feet, GET THIS ITEM!!! it really does help.
