Cups are not worth the money they are soft and don't do the job advertised
very unhappy with them and had to reorder Tuli's hard plastic cups later in
another order don't waste your money.
Cups are to flimsy.

These little guys have improved the comfort level in my soccer shoes considerably. They absorb all of the shock when running or walking and ease up on any muscular pain or pain experienced in the shins.
