Buyer Beware: This company is one of the worst in customer service. They have a return policy that's designed to make them money if you keep the product or return it for a refund. For the latter, you will pay shipping when you buy the cushion and when you return it (generally, according to the company, no returns are permitted, especially if you unwrap the product) -- plus they will hit you with an out-dated "restocking fee" policy. [The owner of this small company would have a fit if he was hit with a restocking fee if he returned a product to Macy's, J.C. Penny, Costco, or any other store or professional supplier.] In our case, the product was returned because it was not as advertised -- but the Backstore didn't care . . . we were still hit with all the charges. Best advice: Buy the product from Bed, Bath, and Beyond or Brookstone. You'll save money and you'll be dealing with companies that are customer focused.

Wedge shape (slant from the back 3" down to 1/2" in the front) tilts your pelvis forward to restore your spine's natural lumbar lordotic curve.
