I have used these vitamins before and liken them to a banana in a capsule. Potassium and Magnesium are very effective in reducing lactic acid buildup. This should help keep you from going anaerobic in highly aerobic activities. I use them for long bike rides to keep that "dead" feeling out of my legs. Used to use them for weightlifting in my younger years and found them to be effective for that also. Remember that everything you can get in vitamins can also be obtained through proper diet, but it is easer to carry a couple of these on a long bike ride than a half-dozen bananas (though I also carry one or two of those for calories).
I was hesitant to order these from Amazon given a few reviews that indicated that the bottles had broken during shipping. Sure enough, when I got the two-pack (also shipped with a book), one of the bottles was broken. To Amazon's credit, they are replacing the bottle for free, and not requiring that I go through the hassle of returning the broken one. Why Amazon would toss two glass bottles in a box, padded by only a few pillow packs, is beyond me. Other vitamin stores that I have ordered from online have packed their product much more securely. You may want to consider this problem when ordering, but don't let it stop you from buying this excellent product (from the retailer of your choice).
