We've been taking these vitamins for 2 weeks. Since administering one tablet a day with food, I've been invigorated with more energy, feel calmer thanks to the B vitamins and sleep better. My wife also feels that less sleep on those occasional nights we don't get to bed on time do not impact her alertness the next day. This vitamin is very potent. Make sure you eat something before you drink it, if not you'll have an upset stomach. I have been using it for about a month and I feel a difference when I do not drink it. Almost as if my body is asking for a vitamin if I do not drink it. Beware....your urine will be neon yellow and smell quite funny, that's how strong it is.Customer Review: You won't find these clogging the sewage system!

These vitamins are by far the best! There is no hard tablet to disolve partially and then eliminate the rest into the toilet - it's all powder! Definitely take with food, as the release of all those vitamins all at once can make you nauseous. My energy went up exceptionally after switching to these from One-A-Day. I'm getting all the nutritional goodness in just 1 capsul a day at a good price. I'm happy with my purchase. I ordered 4 bottles However 1 was broken during delivery. I've noticed a significant increase in energy in just a couple of weeks. Sometimes the vitamins with the added iron can really upset your stomach. I have had none of this. I'm really quite pleased with this vitamin, and will continue to use it.
