I've been able to procure these for sometime from Amazon for cheap, and also a local store when they have a special on 180 caps for 20 dollars. Which is a bargain for the quality. I have tried Alive! in the past, while they are good. They made me sleepy for some reason. I suspect it has something to do with all the herbs and fruit additives they add to that supplement. I have tried others like Life force, which is also very good. But for a high quality Multi with all the essentials, i think the twin lab daily one caps are the best bargain. I'm trying to slim out my supplements, and have it down to a quality multi, Fishoil, Extra C & D, and Milk thistle for liver function. Sometimes i will take a B complex during the day if im feeling sluggish. But these twin labs provide plenty of B's most of the time.
TAKE with Food and water or you will regret it. Although, I have an iron stomach kind of, and have taken pills for years, so it doesnt bother me much anymore, but it can. Just take with food, no big deal.
