Well, I'll admit it.......I've never waxxed before. I'm 32 and have never done the deed. So, when my mustache started getting a little noticable, I figured it was time to bite the bullet. Oh lordy, it was an experience. No one tells you how painful it is! I did one side, and was in shock. When it came to the second side, I guess I hesitated or something, because it didn't bring all of the peach fuzz off. I had to rewax. Since I had my stuff out, I figured I'd wax the fuzz off my chin too. The following day, the side where I rewaxxed had a raspberry dry patch. No bid deal....maybe I shouldn't have waxxed twice in the same spot. 48 hours after waxxing, every spot where I had waxxed, had a pimple. This IS a problem. I'd broken out on my mustache and chin. This probably isn't the wax's fault. My skin just isn't use to it, and it caused the hair follicals to become irritated. I'll try the waxxing one more time. If I end up looking like an acne proan teenager again, I'll stop using it. Can anyone recommend something that I can rub on after waxxing, to stop the breakouts?
