I am using this product since May 2008 - I had an ugly skin condition (dry skin, itching,redness), then I started to use this product regularly (after the morning shower and before going to bed). The condition improved gradually and in about two months it was gone.
I use it as a face, hands and body cream - forget all those very expensive creams. It is a bit greasy, but I also use some cotton gloves when I have to handle books or other objects with the balm on.
My only concern is for this product to be manufactured consistently of the same quality and not to be discontinued.
